What do I do if I am unable to see images in a lecture/resource in my course?

Solution

This problem may be a result of the following issues:

 

First, you may need to (re)load QuickTime on your Windows computer. A free download is available at http://www.apple.com/quicktime/win.html

 

Second, your browser may not be able to read the image type. Please try to access your course content by using another browser (for example, Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari).
