Why can't I complete my entire Music course using a mobile device (such as an iPad/iPhone, Android tablet/phone, Windows smartphone, Kindle, or nook)?


There are plug-ins required for the skills test and listening tests to be displayed and work properly within a browser. Unfortunately, these plug-ins cannot be installed and used on browsers that are available on these types of mobile devices. Because these courses were not designed to be viewed on mobile devices, they have not been optimized for viewing on small screens and do not allow for the use of screen gestures instead of mouse clicks.

If you are unable to access listening tests or other exams, you will need to access this content using a laptop or desktop computer running a current version of Windows (XP, Vista, or later) or a current Mac operating system (OS 10.6 or later).

If you are not able to use a laptop or desktop computer to access the tests, you should get in touch with your instructor directly to let him or her know that you are having trouble accessing the course content.
